We Sold Our Fort Worth Home! What’s Next?!

Well, you read the title! We sold our Fort Worth home! and even though it was the second home we’ve ever purchased its the first home we’ve sold- remember we were supposed to sell our baltimore home…well we didn’t and we are still renting that one out. We put the house up in April and pretty much had an asking price offer same day! I mean, can you believe it? Definitely a God thing. I didn’t think that would happen, honestly. Harlley and I had a bet- I would pay him thirty bucks if the house had a same day offer and he would pay me if it didn’t. Well needless to say, I owed him but what a great debt to owe!

You are probably wondering what we are going to do now? Where we are going to live and such? Right now we are living in an apartment but for only six months (hopefully). And in the meantime we have been scouring Zillow and sites alike for our next home.. you guessed it, preferably a fixer upper. Are we crazy?! Yep, probably. But we figure we are still (kinda) young and we only live once.

To be honest, we have already found a home, put in an offer, and waiting on closing later this month. Pray that we close when we are supposed to. We really like the home because it has so much potential. I have some pics below! I am hoping to bring you along every step of the way of renovation. From the planning to install days!
